General Instructions
- If the system is locked try to unlock the system by disconnecting the tester and turn ignition off for 15 minutes then ignition on for 5 minutes
- Pressing a remote when it is desynchronised can cause the BSI to enter antiscanning mode for 1 minute when synchronisation is not possible.
- Autel, Xhorse programmers cannot decrypt eeprom dump file from BSI 2021+
- If the keyless functions don't work after programming, try setting the number of keys to one more than you're actually programming.

Decoding Tips
- To decode the lock read in the OPPOSITE direction as it was picked.
- The last 6 characters of the key code from the dealer are the direct bitting symbol
- cuts in many VA2 keys. For example: NB0MEABECA → EABECA.
- In some cases use the last 6 letters from the code given by the dealer, and reverse them to get the cuts. For example: NL0XBCADBC → CBDACB.
